Yarvik TAB250 connection to USB keyboard

Have a tablet PC with a mini USB female socket and a protective cover with built-in USB keyboard with standard male USB plug.

I wish to connect via adapter but I am having trouble finding one. Amazon have supplied two that will connect the cable / tablet but the keyboard does not work, it will work with the cable adapter supplied with the tablet. I have also tried searching for adapters with OTG ( on the go ).

I have read that Samsung adapters will work in this way ?

Got the adapters today from "7dayshop" and despite their promise they don't work either.

Tried searching for Mini USB host cable but most are Micro USB !!!!!!!!!!!!
