IE no pop ups

Hi,

IE8 and 9 will not allow legitimate pop ups since I bought and ran IObit ASC. I have tried their support (real bad) and got nowhere. I also tried all the fixes I could find on the net..nothing works. I tried Firefox which allows pop-up's but I'd prefer IE8.

Reset IE 8, Reset Ie 8.
