WINDOWS 7 DIAL UP NETWORKING

Hi all, in Windows XP there was an option at the logon screen to connect using dial up networking. This was great as it enabled the user to connect using a VPN connection.

How on earth is this done in WIndows 7?? I cannot for the life in me work it out.
