I want to send a Microsoft Works Spreadsheet file by email in PDF format, since the email recipient cannot read it otherwise. Is this possible ? Thanks

Convert it to a csv file and your recipient should be able to open that.

For putting any document into pdf, I use PDF Creator, free download.

I then just click to print but then select PDFCreator as the 'printer' rather than my printer, and I get a pdf document to save.

I find this very easy to use and so easy to send documents to others if they don't have the original program or I want to minimise the file size etc.

Cheers
