Sony Vaio giga pocket upgrade

Hi, I have a Sony Vaio PCV-V1/G loaded with the original Giga pocket software enabling the recordingof analogue TV. Can anyone tell me if there is an upgrade to enable the recording of digital transmissions? Thanks
