We have installed it correctly, but when you enter our talk talk account, with correct password, it still asks for the password and says its incorrect every time?

Try these settings in thunderbird..

Server Type: "POP Mail Server" Server Name: "mail.talktalk.net" Port: "110" User Name: "[email protected]" Security Settings: Connection security: "None" Authentication method: "Password, transmitted insecurely"

Tools-"Account Settings"-Outgoing Server (SMTP) Server Name: "smtp.talktalk.net" Port: "25" User Name: "not specified" Authentication method: "No authentication" Connection security: "None"
