windows 7 live mail

hi my wife is using windows live mail with windows 7, today she tried to delete read emails but they would not delete, got error message saying error ocurred cannot delete, have tried google search for info but no good , any one come across this before and know the answer

Most errors in Windows Live Mail can be solved by uninstalling it and then re-installing click here for details
