Lexmark printer error

I have a Lexmark X2670 all in one printer.

I have an error message saying I have a cartridge problem and tells me to do the following.

Turn off printer Open printer cover Turn on printer Take out and put back in ink cartridges Close cover Re-try print job

I had tried this numerous times and it does not work.

Apparently I have not got the Lexmark Service Centre installed and when it says do you want to go online and download it, it then says it is not available.

Can anybody help with this?

Have you checked here for the Lexmark Service Centre or possibly here?

There is also a troubleshooter that may help.
