OUTLOOK 2007 RIBBON

Hi all,

When i compose a new message in outlook 2007 for some reason the message group on the ribbon is missing!

Any suggestions please?

Is the heading message visible? Try right clicking on it and make sure that minimize the ribbon is not ticked.

Are the other groups available?

the ribbon is visible with all other groups / tabs on apart from the message group / tab

Not come across that before. In Outlook under help suggest you run office diagnostics.

Have you ever had the message group?
