pics in outlook express

i just tried snding a couple of pics using outlook express, instead of being an attachment they ended up very large in the body part of the mail filling the screen, how can i change this please? XP pro sp3

JR - have you tried setting the message format to Plain Text (rather than HTML) and seeing what happens?

In which case, unless I've missed something, the registry modification suggested much earlier seems to be the only option currently in the table.

It isn't difficult - just methodically follow the instructions in the article linked to. But make sure that you make a System Restore Point before you start.
