Hi - I had a Wanadoo Livebox for years. When it failed recently Orange sent me a Bright box as replacement. Now when I turn on my wirelessly connected computer the WZC service starts then stops and I have to start it again manually. I have phoned Orange several times to try to resolve this and they have advised me to buy Windows Vista or Windows 7 (I use XP). I have asked if I should uninstall the old Livebox software as I wondered if it might be causing a conflict but they seem reluctant to advise me on this. I am still using the Inventel wireless receiver that came with the old Livebox. Can anyone help please? I have trawled through various websites and Microsoft support without success.
