I purchased Sony DSC-HX100V about 10 months ago. Editing AVCHD footage in combination with Photos presented a problem but after weeks of research I eventually was successful with Pinnacle 14. There was nothing other on the market at the time and the software which came with the camera only allows me to burn to disk the footage but no photos. I see Magix have come up with Photo Manager MX Deluxe which includes Video Easy 3 HD. As anyone any experience with this software or other recommendations before I splash the cash. I run Vista Home Premium Thank you
