Help setting up Firewall Rules on Netgear DGND3300v2?

I'm really struggling to set up Firewall Rules on my DGND3300v2.

I want to set up rules to a time schedule to prevent my children accessing the 'net before a certain time in a morning and after a certain time at night...

I have had to downgrade my firmware to v2.1.00.42_1.00.42 as the v'48 wouldn't let me reserve IP addresses for specific items (v42 does.) However, I have tried all sorts to set up a firewall rule but to no avail...

Can someone please 'spoon feed' me through the process?

I am trying to schedule IP addresses 192.168.0.3 through 7 to be blocked before 8am (0800) and after 10pm (2200.)

Many thanks in advance

I don't know how simple you want the instructions, but Netgear provide these which should do the job. Failing these, there is a general beginners guide which may also give a bit of background.
