Erratic Scrolling on Wireless Mouse.

Hi, i purchased a mouse about a month ago and now it seems that the scrolling is acting up...alot. The mouse i bought was the Sandstrom SMWLL11.

When i scroll down with the mouse it will somtimes scroll the wrong direction, somtimes scroll down really far or just not scroll at all. :(

Anyone got any ideas on how to fix this? I tried contacting Sandstrom but it seems their contact info page has no contact info... http://www.sandstromstyle.com/contact_us.aspx

"Sorry for the double post. This wretched website is playing up yet again”. So glad it wasn't just me ! One of mine printed 7 copies of the same post yesterday.

Is it a 3 button or more unit ? I found that with 5/6/7 button units, that a mere touch on the wrong button (maybe by palm, or ball of thumb etc) when moving the mouse, adds more instructions etc. So much so, that I resorted back to a 3 button one.

Dixons/PCWorld etc will probably take it back. They are usually pretty good at that sort of thing. It'll probably be down to your demeanour when asking them.
