The malwarebytes pop up box continually Says "Successfuly blocked access to potentially malicious website 112.175.243.24" Type: outgoing Port :49682, Process svchost.exe The port number varies and process can be iexplore.exe or firefox.exe This interferes with web by being directed to wrong sites, google search producing odd results. Also slowing of system. Also random sound plays occasionally maybe once or twice per half hour.

No idea if they are related. Any help/advice would be much appreciated. Wacko

You have some program or other trying to send info / download to / from a dangerous site.

Do a full scan with your antivirus / antimalware programs and see what comes up.
