C Drive Shows only 20GB Capacity

My son's PC has a 150GB hard drive but Windows Explorer only shows that it has a 20GB capacity. When I look at the disk in computer management it shows the C drive with a capacity of 20GB but in the bottom section it shows that Disk 0 has a capacity of 149.05GB. How can my son access the remaining disk capacity?

Is there a way that I can show a screenshot of what I have described above?

Screenshot: Alt+PrtSc. Paste into your image program and save as jpg.

Goto imageshack.us. Browse to jpg and upload.

Copy and paste resulting link here.

Edit: Click the World icon and arrow above your reply box and paste the link.

Raw links don't work very well here.
