Kindle wont connect

I've got a friend who's Kindle wont connect to her home wireless router but will connect to other wireless routers that she has tried.

Other hardware such as my laptop will connect to her home router so I know it's working ok.

Any ideas please?

Are you sure she is using the correct Wireless Key to connect?

Make sure you are transmitting your SSID through your router.

Also make sure that if you are using MAC address filtering turn it off until you get a connection and then update your list with the new device.

If these don't work then what router are you using? Give us the make and model number.
