iCloud for windows on two pc

I have installed iCloud for windows on my vista desktop pc and itis working very well with my iPad2 and iPhone 3GS and windows outlook. I use to keep my outlook data on the dektop and laptop in sync by copying the data fom the desktop to the laptop. However I am wondering if I downloaded icloud for windows to the laptop this would kieep the desktop, laptop, ipad2 and iphone in sync. I just tried copying outlook data from the desktop to the laptop but this time all the dta in outlook on the laptop has vanished because I am using icloud. Hope this make sense and someone has an answer.
