Nuance PDF Professional 6

I don't suppose any of you use this programme, do you?

I'm trying to add footers to pages I've converted, but although the guide says use the Document Assembly Toolbar, which includes the Add/delete Header and Footer button - it doesn't. Nor is it showing in Customise Toolbars, and I've reset them too. I've also repaired the programme, but still no joy.

I know it's easy in Acrobat, but I'm not using that. I can't find anyhting on the Nuance website (other than as mentioned above) and it's so frustrating. Any help will be appreciated.
