windows/system32/prevhost.exe allowed access to questionable website?

How can I stop prevhost.exe allowing access to questionable websites? Online Armor just gave me a pop up of "C:\windows\system32\prevhost.exe allowed access to.." and listed what I think may have been an untrustworthy website. I thought prevhost.exe might be infected, but the virustotal and jotti virus scan state the file is clean? Avast picks nothing up either after a full scan of the system. I have blocked prevhost.exe temporarily, but how can I make prevhost.exe not allow access to whatever it wants-is there a list that prevhost uses? Or is it more likely than installed or infected files are using prevhost.exe to connect to these sites? Thanks for any help
