Ccleaner

XP Home. I am trying to help someone speed up their PC. I thought I had put Ccleaner on but something to do with PC Reformer came up on the PC not Cleaner. When I tried to talk the person through it to put Ccleaner on she got a green circle icon that she doesn't know how to delete. The PC is almost at a stop so I found it difficult to help her plus she got inpatent so I had to stop and couldn't retry. Do you know why I got PC Reformer instead of Ccleaner and why she got a green circle icon when she tried to download Ccleaner?
