Changing Login Password

My wife and I both use the same password when we first turn the PC on. How do I change this password to stop her gaing access? PC is a Dell Inspiron 1545(?)

O/S is Windows 7. We both use the same account but I now need to stop her accessing the PC completely, (at her request I may add!)
