Playpickle adware

Spybot locates adware called Playpickle - it has no further info on it, and neither Adaware, Malwarebytes or Windows Security Essentials finds it. Spybot removes it, but as soon as I use Internet Explorer (8) Spybot claims it has returned. I understand Playpickle is a games suite which i have never visited. There would not appear to be any files on my machine with Playpickle in the title, and the removal instructions given on Exterminate-it refer to files which do not exist on my machine. Has anyone else any experience of this?

Maybe report it to Spybot as a false positive and they will check it out for you.
