Free SatNav apps

Today PC Advisor sent me an email re free SatNav apps. I saw Skobbler UK and Ireland Lite advertised as free for iPhone., but on clicking the link, got 'Your request could not be completed' I searched the. App store, but of course only a paid version could be found, as is the norm with Apple. Please check your facts before publishing!

Thanks - I understand now. Todays PCA article was on how smartphone satnav apps are killing purpose built satnavs, and the article I read on free skobbler was in a sidebar on related articles and was written on September 13 2011. If only I had seen it then!! Shame they discontinued the free lite version, but there is nothing on the app store to beat Google Maps with navigation on Android - of course free!
