Unwanted email addresses problem

Hello

Every month I issue a newsletter, subscribers send me an email and after opening the email in outlook express, I highlight the address and click properties to get the address.

When I do this a copy of the address's is entered in my outlook express address book, so I end up with hundreds of address's in my address book that I don't need, and every so often I have to go through my address book deleting all the unwanted address's.

Does anyone know of a way to stop this from happening?

In OE/Tools/Options/Send unselect Automatically put people I reply too in my Address Book.
