INTERNET EXPLORER IN CHINESE

Hi all, a new computer we have bought in hong kong is displaying the contents of internet explorer in chinese.

I have changed all possible language and region options but it is still the same.

Any ideas please?

This is for Japanese to English but the same applies for Chinese to English Change IE language

Did you remember to reboot (shut down and start up again) the computer after you had done the changes.
