how do I remove restore points from 2nd drive

my 2nd drive I have system restore turned off - but there are 6gb of restore points still showing I have even taken possession of file to try, but cannot delete them - main reason is any av scan insists on scanning every file there and slows the process down
any weay of deleting them ?

restore should delete the files when switched off.

try switching restore on for that dive and then switch it off again.
