Missing plugin, Firefox

Hi – I’m using XP, FF 4.0.1 and Nuance Professional PDF Converter 6. I’m trying to print a PDF doc which has opened in FF, but it seems the Zeon Plus Plugin has crashed.
I’ve check in the Add-on folder in FF, but it’s showing as being enabled. Does anyone know if it’s simply a case of downloading the plugin again, and if so, from where? I don’t recognize any of the sites offered and some of them seem to be showing downloads for a PDF program rather than just the plugin.
The Nuance program is my default for opening PDFs.

Thanks, but I already have a suitable paid-for program. It's only the plugin I'm looking for.
