I have a custom built pc with 2 hard drives of which the first one is the master and is 64gb ssd.It is partitioned with my os and recovery and almost full and problem is that my second hard drive of 2tb has no drive letter and I can't seem to initialise it.It does not show up in my bios and seeing as it is healthy and shows up in my device management and I only know the basics I am stumped as to how to initialise it.Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

It look as if you have your C drive on the mother board's '1' sata port and your 2TB drive on port '0'. The OS drive should be on the lowest numbered port on your mobo. As you've made the TB drive a recovery partition it won't be seen.

Looking at your screenshot I am puzzled as to how you have two partitions on your SSD? You can get a 100MB partition which Windows 7 creates but certainly not a 11 + GB one.

I think if it was me I would delete it and create a nice new shiny Primary Partition in the Unallocated space.

I'm also wondering how the drive was made to a recovery partition if installing from a Windows disc?

So I should swap the sata ports around then and will I then be able to initialise disk 2?I want the ssd only for my os as it is a ssd.
