can anyone still read 1980's 5.25 flexible disk cartridges?

Hi I have been given 3 x 5.25 inch 20mb iomega high capacity flexible disk cartridges from the late 1980's, they look very similar to what I used to call magneto optical disks, but have for want of a better description... a floppy centre!
I'm based in the centre of London, but have a motorcycle so can travel... badly need to grab the data from these disks... so any help would be really appreciated.

There's a specialist firm here that could recover your data but I imagine that it would not be cheap but you can click near bottom of page for a free quote enter link description here

Unfortunately this forum does not yet have the Private Message facility so it would be difficult (impossible even) to privately swap email addresses and home details even if anyone could and wanted to help. (I can't by the way as got rid of my 'old' stuff' when I moved 2 years ago)
