HELP!!!!! LAPTOP ISSUES

At home using laptop, have internet access and I am gaining access to some sites and not others, have spoken to broadband provider and all is working, some sites excessively slow to open and use while others are ok but still slow, I have been pressing buttons and thunk I may have adjusted something I shouldnt. Please help grateful for all advice!!

Sounds like an infection to me. Is your anti virus program up to date? Update the program & run a full scan.

Also go to the link below, download/install the free version & run a 'full' scan.

Delete everything it finds & reboot your system when prompted.

Everything should be ok, but remember to run a full scan once a month.
