Installing Internet Explorer 9.

My brother has just sent me an email informing me that he has downloaded Internet Explorer 9 and has lost the Menu Bar at the top of the Page. I don't know what system he is running |(have sent him an email asking for this information). I think I am right that if he is running Windows 7 there shouldn't be any problem. But if he is running Windows XP he has a problem as I.E.9 isn't compatible with this system. I will be back if I get further information. Thanks guys. Garden Nome
