High CPU usage wiyh HP Pavillion

Any one please help - HP Pavillion 64bit Win 7 8GB RAM. Norton security often reports high usage for the following file which is in the HP folder of C:| drive Program Files.

'CLMLSvc.exe'

Saw somewhere on the web that it is not needed but I dont know what it would effect?

High usage for it is reported when no other applications are selected.

When you start Taskmanager does it show using up a lot of the CPU.Or is it a program that you never use and Norton just wants you to remove it for a quicker start up.

Average CPU use for this program: 0% Average RAM for this program: 7 MB

If using up a lot of the CPU maybe just end process in Taskmanager.

Best waiting to see what others think.
