collecting too many addresses in Outlook express

how do you stop the automatic harvesting of email addresses into the address book if people use open cc lists?

Perhaps untick everyone I reply to in Send tab under Tools/Options

It's when they arrive as an open cc list on an incoming email. They then immediately appear in my address book, which gets stuffed with people I don't know....
