HP DesignJet 10ps & Windows 7

I recently acquired a HP Designjet 10ps printer (it was going to be scrapped by the charity I volunteer for). I have tried to download drivers for it, but only seem to be able to get XP drivers, I'm running Windows 7 Ultimate (32 Bit). Is there any fixes or do I have to run it in VM mode. I am using USB 2.0 to connect it.
