What are you using to see your startup items?

CCleaner will list them and let you disable or delete them

disable and see what goes missing from IE

I'm using Ashampoo Winoptimiser8.It lists them all, as I assume CCleaner does. But I have no idea whether or not they are essential, and removing them 1 by 1 would be a little time-consuming !

Run IE without plugins for a while. You'll soon see which are needed for the browser.

Start, all programs, accessories, system tools, Internet Explorer (no-addons).
