How to remove the Add On bar

Every time i go on Windows Explorer 9 a message appears accross the bottom of the screen, it says,
Speed up Browsing by disabling Add Ons, i have disabled all the Add Ons. i click Ask Me Later. it still comes back every time i click W E 9. Can i get rid of it

Next time it pops up click disable addons button then increase the time to show bar to 10 seconds.
