I want to remove the double line-spacing at the end of each paragraph in a new document. How do I do this, please? I have tried following the tutorial in the help file, but without success.
Many thanks.

Hmm... I think part of the problem that I had converted a document from pdf and the pages were IMAGES.
Then I tried an existing document and realised that I have put the spaces in manually so, of course, they would have to be removed manually.
Many thanks. At least it has clarified my thinking!

Using the pilcrow (that backward P symbol in the paragraph ribbon on the home page tab) will show all hidden characters such as line/paragraph breaks. The keyboard shortcut is Control+Shift+8 - that is 8 on the alpha keyboard, not the numeric keyboard.
