Connecting Sound-card to Stereo Amp

I need a 5 metre cable for this run. Can anyone please recommend a good quality type, bearing in mind that the actual plug should be of minimal diameter in account of the close proximity of the sound-card sockets?

The 3.5 mm 5m jack lead should do it.

Here is a 3m one - should be ok with a 2m extension (male one end female the other. Scour the Maplin website.
