java problem

this evening i tried as usual to log into yahoo games and get the error stating several java machines running and caused a problem. is this yahoo or me, i have checked and only have java 7?

running XP pro ie8 etc

reset all and is now ok

thanks for the tip but the answer was to delete old version of java
