I have just bought one of these with the intention of reading the occasional ebook from my local library. However when I connect it to my PC (Vista Home Premium)I get the message "Device driver software was not installed" also "Windows was unable to install your Android for Vortex Driver Software". Anyone come across this before? TIA, Peter.

I frequently get that message with my Android smartphone especially on my laptop. I haven't solved it yet. Hope that someone else knows better.

Try another USB port in the meantime.
