MS Office Uninstall

I'm considering buying a new computer to replace an aged XP model on which I've installed MS Office Home & Student 2010.

My question is if I uninstall the S/W from the old computer will I be allowed to legally install it on the new computer or will the S/W tell me I can't do it as it's already been installed on another computer?
