Removing Temp: File msdtadmin

I have a temporary internet file msdtadmin that I cannot remove. I have tried to remove it using McAfee Total Protection, Crap Cleaner and Prevx 3.0 with no success. I am using Windows 7 64.

Any suggestions?

Try Unlocker, File Assassin or MoveOnBoot (selecting delete option)
