Avast Uninstall problem

My Avast anti-virus licence is about to expire & I want to install Panda but Panda insists the Avast is uninstalled first. However when I go to the Control Panel Uninstall page there's no sign of Avast! Any ideas about how I can uninstall it or why it doesn't appear on the Uninstall list?

You need the avast uninstall tool aswclear at here
