I have Windows 7 Home Premium and an HP F2200 Deskjet 'all-in-one' printer. For the past few days, every time I start up my laptop I get an error message from HP telling me that I have to install some software, but when I click on OK, I'm told that the file HPPhotosmartEssential.msi cannot be found. I see on the internet that many other HP owners get the same message. One site (HP Printer software update solutionoffers a solution, but when I try to download the programme suggested, I cannot find it listed, only HP Photo Creations, which is not the same thing. Has anyone else had the same problem? Can someone out there help me? Thanks

Have you tried uninstalling and then reinstalling HP Photosmart Essentials?
