Blue screen dumping memory

my computer lock up, came up with a blue screen and started to dump memory I have tried stating it up in safe mode, and all other options but nothing. Please Help?

You will need to note the error message and the error code something like: STOP errors 0x00000F4 and 0x000007A . If the Bluescreen quickly vanishes then you will need to stop the automatic restarts after error. Follow instruction.
Cannot give you much help until you provide more details.

Hi, Start pc and press f8 (how you access safe mode) and pick disable automatic restart. Then like Chronus said let us know your error code.
