Just downloaded IE9 in the attempt to be able to install SP1 on W/764 bit computer and I get this annoying taskbar type thing from PCA Asking to drag it to the Taskbar.
Anyone know how to remove it every time I open I/E9 it pops down from the Toolbar.

Experience PC Advisor as a Pinned Site
Drag this icon to your taskbar or, click here to add this site to your start menu
Learn about Site Pinning
That is the popdown I get and can find no way of removing it.
Had to come to Firefox to post this as it will not let me sign on in I/E

Yes there is but as soon as you go to another page it shows again. And when you reboot it shows again.I just want rid of it .I know how to get into PCA without this nuisance of a thing.
I can sign in again as I had bocked it in Webpage privacy policy.

Chronus
You are right it is only there when I open I/E and when I press the black X it goes away till I reboot.
Just so annoying it should not be there in the first place.
I don't suppose you know how to remove it permanantly.

I expect someone will pop along to tell you that it is a small price to pay etc etc.

I don't get it on Firefox so not sure why I get it on here.
Looks like I will have to look for an adblocker for I/E9 and see if that sorts it.

Ok Chronus sorted.
Just clicked on compatibility view and it has gone.
Should have tried that earlier.
Thanks for you help.
