Hi all

I just went to use my Windows-7 Home Premium Disk (32 Bit) and found out it was no longer useable, its got a deep scratch all the way round its surface, and I have no idea how this happened or when.

Does anyone know if I could get a Free Replacement Disk from Microsoft Help and if so could anyone please give me their telephone number.

Many thanks

Russell

Is it a W7 Retail, Upgrade or OEM copy?

Did you self-build or what Make/Model computer do you have?

If it is a full retail version go to http://www.heidoc.net/joomla/technology-science/microsoft/14-windows-7-direct-download-links From there you can download a new disc and then use your own serial number to activate
