My pc is running on windows 7 64bit

Any help would be much appreciated

Hi, small sugestion.

When upgrading do you delete previous versions?

I had trouble with it once, and a whiz-bod on the forum suggested deleting all versions, then downloading an installing the latest version.

It worked for me.
