Unwanted detail in e-mail text

One recipient of bulk e-mails complains that the resultant text if full of gibberish. None of the other recipients have any problem. The unwanted data is similar ot, if not identical to that which appears in Outlook Express if one right clicks on a message, selects properties and selects the details tab.

how can I suggest tht the recipient cures this problem?

Which client are they receiving it with? Are you sending it in html format and the recipient only accepts plain text?

Sender is using Windows 7, Home Premium, Yahoo mail client and is sending text onlyusing Bookman old font.

Recipient is using Windows 7 and Outlook as mail client.

The 'rubbish' received is that which one gets if you use the details tab from message properties.Problem only occurs when sender is sending a bulk e-mail to many recipients. One e-mail, sent direct from sender to recipeient is recieved correctly. Simplest solution would appear to be send a seperate e-mail outside the bulk shot.

Any views?

Outlook trouble shooting Expand the different language section. What font is used in the single e-mail. Does it contain any images? Finally which version of Outlook?
